Northstar Discipleship Questionnaire

Discipleship at Northstar seeks to establish all members of Northstar in a love relationship of Jesus as a foundation for following Him and growing in their faith, and equip them to be able to disciple others. These groups will be divided by men and women, and made up of 2-3 people plus a leader.
